If I could only touch your skies…

Trying in the boredom of my days to remain consistent in the truths I wear in my heart. Making sure I am seeking, and yielding to my Lord’s direction. Always in want for the water that replenishes my soul. For my feet to be firmly planted on the foundation God has bestowed.

So gracious is he to have extended his hand yet again to thee. For my life lacks for nothing. He is my rock, and my refuge. In him I find my strength.  He is my fortress, and I can rest now. I have no need to hide, and no need to run. Just to rest in the Holy one! Oh rock that is higher than I. If I could only touch your skies…

I write to tell my story of how I overcame self affliction, and great despair in this life. For I write to share the death to self that took place. That I may Glorify God in all I do. May my writings be a refelction of freedom, for I am no longer in captivity of self. May they be warm, and inviting. For I write because God has given me words that drip from my mouth to be seen.
